Bleed area 60mm x 92mm. Extend bleed graphics or backgrounds 3mm to the edge of this area.
Trim line 54mm x 86mm. We will cut your artwork along the magenta line.
Safe line 48mm x 80mm. Keep any part of your artwork you don't want cut within the blue line.

Keep all type 6pt or larger.
Line weight
Keep line weights 0.5pt or thicker.
Imagery
Use vector artwork and embed any images at 300dpi.
Crop marks
Templates are already set with bleed area and cutter guides.
Extra tips
Pantone
Use coated pantone for best colour reproduction.
Finish
Set spot UV gloss and matt using PINK pantone labelled in the swatches.
Hole
Switch on the 'hole' layer to add this to the cutter guide.
Personalisation
Use 'xxx' to show location of personalisation and confirm size and font.
Tech tips
QR print
Set QR codes to 20mm for readability and add single or variable ID print.
NFC program
Provide data in .csv format and confirm if chip is to be locked in datafile.
Barcode
Confirm barcode font and number sequence in .csv data format.
NFC ID print
Choose numeric/text, UID, QR or your own ID to be printed.
